Terms of Service
Effective August 16, 2026
Service
Content Creation Platform provides tools for authorized creators to research, prepare, render, review, and publish original media using supported integrations.
Authorized use
Users must control or have permission to operate every connected account and must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, and disclosure requirements.
Content responsibility
The creator remains responsible for reviewing factual claims, rights, safety, disclosures, captions, and final publication choices. The service must not be used to impersonate others, distribute unlawful content, or republish content without permission.
Third-party services
Features that connect to TikTok or another service depend on that service's availability and terms. Authorization may be revoked by the creator or the third-party service.
Availability
The platform is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Automated actions may be delayed or stopped by safety checks, account permissions, API limits, or review requirements.
Changes
These terms may be updated as platform capabilities change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
